An inspection shall be made wehnever importatnt repairs are understaken. the vessel has a 1 inch fracture in the #4 port wing void beneath the #1 angle. Make permanent repairs to the same. The vessel is authorized transit from MM 303.3 to MM 277.9, Illinois River, with temporary repairs affixed, to offload cargo. Vessel shall then proceed from MM 277.9 to MM 300 to affect permanent repairs.
