At each initial and subsequent inspection for certification, the Marine Inspector shall view the vessel afloat and shall satisfy himself as to the condition of the hull structure. - 4"x6" cutout located on the deck in the port side of the lazarette - 10"x2" cutout located on the deck on the outboard side of the stbd hull in the lazarette - hole exists on the forward hull of the forepeak rubrail - waste tank discharge piping penetrating the deck in the lazarette does not have a proper coupling - hole exists in the deck separating the stbd engine room void and the bar. 46 CFR 176.25-5
