ANY REQUIRED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER, FIRE DETECTION AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE CAPABLE OF IMMEDIATE OPERATION AT ALL TIMES AND NO ACTION BY THE CREW SHALL BE NECCESARY TO SET IT IN OPERATION. IO PANEL FOR THE VESSELS AUTOMATIC FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM SERVICING THE ENGINE ROOM AND ACCOMADATION SPACES IS DAMANGED BEYOND REPAIR, RENDERING THE SYSTEMS TOTALLY INOPERABLE. MASTER IMPLEMENTED STANDING ORDERS FOR MANNING OF ENGINE ROOM AND TWO HOUR SAFETY ROUNDS BY CREW IN ALL AFFECTED SPACES TO PROVIDE EQUIVAKENT LEVEL OF SAFETY UNTIL VESSEL PROCEEDS TO CLOSEST PORT CAPABLE OF PERFORMING REQUIRED MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLING NECCESARY PARTS.
