In general, compliance with the standards established by the American Bureau of shipping, will be considered as satisfactory evidence of the structural efficiency of the vessel. On June 8, 2024 after departing two harbors at approximately 0825 the vessel reported taking on water and the flooding of the centerline tank, and starboard #4 tanks. The vessel entered into an emergency dry dock at Fraser Shipyard in Superior, WI to address permanent repairs to the hull. Vessel is required to make permanent repairs to the hull to the satisfaction of the Class Society, Flag State, and the Coast Guard.

Vessel reported that their oil mist detector alarm went off when 95% oil mist was detected in the associated cylinder head on the port main diesel engine. Crew found a faulty fuel line allowing the injection of too much fuel into the cylinder head. Crew replaced fuel line and the oil mist detector reads 0%. Requesting a class report to clear the deficiency.
