The fire main system shall be operated and the pressure checked. All fire hoses shall be subjected to a test pressure not less than 100 psi. During pressure test of fire main and hoses, a section of the fire main in way of the anchor wash burst; this section is temporarily isolated until permanent repairs can be made. Additionally, three hoses were condemned, and a nozzle was found leaking with the bale fully closed.

There is also a cable penetration on the aft entrance to the port side weather tunnel that is not maintaining the watertight boundary.
