MI received report of a cracked fuel oil pipe on the vessel's No. 1 main propulsion diesel engine, causing active leakage. O/o shall replace the damaged pipe on the No. 1 main propulsion engine in accordance with approved marine engineering standards, test the system under working conditions, and prove satisfactory operation to the attending Marine Inspector prior to returning the engine to service.
