Vessel O/O has requested to placed vessel in an inactive status but keep COI active. Vessel has completed the documentation inspection for 2021 Annual and will receive endorsement. The following requirements shall take place prior to vessel becoming active and carrying any passengers. Vessel must complete machinery testing, lifesaving inspections, safety walk through, and conduct drills in presence of Marine Inspectors prior to active status and carrying passengers.
