The steel hull is corroded all the way through in several locations including; In the tank room, a hole in the overhead just forward of the 4th frame forward about 16" inboard from the starboard side. as well as knifing corrosion at the bottom of the 2nd frame forward on the starboard side in the same space. In the #2 Void, just aft of the 2nd frame forward, a hole in the overhead about 3" inboard from the starboard side. Complete repairs prior to credit for next drydock. 46 CFR 177.100
