The owner, managing operator, or a qualified servicing facility as applicable must conduct the following inspections and tests: Monthly inspections required by NFPA 10 may be conducted by the owner, operator, person-in-charge, or a designated member of the crew. Operator had not been logging the monthly inspections of the protable extinguishers or the pre-engineering fixed extinguishing system. MI conducted training on the requirements and means to meet the requirements. Deficiency cleared.
