The annual surveys shall be made by and prove satisfactory to the assigning and issuing authority prior to executing the required annual endorsements on load line certificates. Barge's International Load Line Certificate was issued on 30 May 2019 and has not had an annual endorsement. The Barge is not to travel past the U.S. Boundary Line. ABS needs to endorse the annual survey. Demonstrate that an annual endorsement has been conducted on the International Load Line Certificate, to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector in order to clear this.
