All lifesaving equipment must be tested and maintained in accordance with the minimum requirements of 46 CFR 199.190 of this chapter, as applicable. MI found vessel's liferaft expired. Vessel's route is restricted to Lakes, Bays, and Sounds and not authorized to carry persons in addition to crew until lifesaving meets the requirements for the COI.
