The mounting bracket for the portable fire extinguisher located outside the paint locker is broken. Rectify to the satisfaction of MI.

Marine Inspectors were unable to test the capabilities of the vessel's bilge system due to uncleanness of the bilge. Clean the bilge and conduct satisfactory bilge test with the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector.

Additionally, vessel shall conduct sea trials to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector prior to departure.
