On 20 October 2022, it was discovered by a USCG Marine Inspector that none of the dry-dock work-list items have been completed.
Vessel is not permitted to operate with passengers until all dry-dock items on CG 835V issued on 17 August 2022 have been rectified to the satisfaction of the USCG Marine Inspector.
