Vessel reported that the #3 jet hub pressure is fluctuating and could indicate that the hub is getting ready to fail. Do not operate the #3 jet. Vessel is authorized to transit without passengers to Fairhaven Shipyard to affect repairs. Troubleshoot, make repairs to the #3 jet and complete sea trails to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to carrying passengers.
