During this re-power it appears that the company tried to use the approved DVT for another vessel in their fleet the Circle Line XVI via letter dated 30May2005 from MSC (ser:E2-0601398) and that this vessel never had approved DVT or PSTP from the USCG MSC. The new installation shall comply with 46CFR62 and owner/operator must submit to MSC for approval Due date is 09July2018.
