During the test a leak was discovered on the front of the boiler on the bottom where the burner assembly connects to the main body of the boiler. Vessel may transit within the port of Duluth provided the STB shaft is lock in place, and the vessel has at least two tugs of sufficient size and power to assist the vessel in maneuvering within the port. Vessel may not leave the port.
Prove no additional damage has occurred to the STB side shaft, props, or stern hull area.

Inspection tags indicate that the boiler steam gauges were last calibrated on 12 JAN 2005. Re-calibrate, or replace, steam gauges and demonstrate satisfactory operation during 2022 test of SRVs, and prior to use of boilers in fall/winter 2022.
