Foam analysis certificate dates 13 DEC 2017 indicates that the sample had a pH of 5.7 at 20 degrees celcius. According to MSC Circ 1312 section 3.5, the pH of the foam concentrate should not be <6 or > 9.5 at 20 degrees celcius(+- 2 degrees celcius). According to the chemical safety data sheet, typical pH for ATC FC-600 foam is 8.0. Vessel must submit documentary evidence proving that the pH of the deck foam is within a range acceptable to the Administration. 02SEP08: Code 0150: The vessel's piping for the sludge system has been modified from the original configuration, and piping diagram.
