Another sensor operating independently of the high liquid level alarm should automatically actuate a shutoff valve. (74 SOLAS (20) VII/13.1)(IGGC (93) 13.3.1) Liquid high level alarm failed to actuate automatic shtoff valve on #2 cargo tank liquid fill line.

Resolution: Three doors that were found modified with closure devices penetrating doors in galley have been replaced and renewed. Additional fire doors were also placed in laundry room and 2 in the Engine control room. All doors were found to be approved fire doors.
