Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Marine Inspectors discovered extensive amounts of pitting and wastage throughout the walking deck. Additionally, Marine Inspectors found multiple unauthorized patches, and when removed, discovered wastage beyond the allowable tolerances. Vessel shall enact repairs and renew all wasted plate identified by Marine Inspectors prior to departing current shipyard facility. These repairs shall be completed to the satisfaction of a Coast Guard Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 32.60-1

During inspecttion, MI found one cargo pump motor ampmeter guage with broken glass and water inside. Replace gauge.

Make repair to vessel's inoperative cargo pump electrical system prior to conducting cargo operations._x001C_ (Electrical conduit flooded with salt water as result of waves breaking over vessel during inclimate weather conditions)_x001C_

PROVE INSTALLATION (AFTER REINSTALLING CARGO PUMP) OF CARGO PUMP AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CARGO TRANSFER TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ATTENDING CG MARINE INSPECTOR.

REPLACE VAPOR RECOVERY SYSTEM IN WASTED ARES, RENEW SYSTEM AS PER ARROVED DRAWINGS. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO CARGO TRANSFER, NO LATER THAN COMPLIANCEDATE TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ATTENDING CG MARINE INSPECTOR.

REPLACE ALL ELECTRICAL CABLES AND EXPLOSION PROOF FITTINGS. REPLACE PORT MOTOR AND FOUNDATION.

PROPERLY SECURE STERN WINCH HANDLE.

RE-PAINT WARNING SIGN. THESE REQUIREMENTS TO BE COMPLETED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE COGNIZANT OCMI.
