Starboard bow suffered significant damage to include delamination of outer sheets. In forepeak - observed multiple deck support beams to be rotted and the forwardmost transverse frame fractured. Vessel is required to undergo full ISE and drydock examination to asses damage and affect repairs prior to the carriage of passengers.
