Vessel has a 1/8" wide x 3" long crack in the Stbd #2 fuel running tank. Vessel is to transit daylight hours only directly to Sea Craft Shipyard in Amelia, LA to effect permanent repairs. Inspection shall be in accordance with the standards acceptable to the OCMI as good marine practice. OCMI to examine all accessible parts of the exterior and interior of the hull, watertight bulkheads, and weather deck. After entering first watertight door from weather deck to engine room, identified wastage where longitudinal and vertical frame meet.
