Vessel's control system for full followup has two slices offline. Vessel is to bring control system fully operational to the satisfaction of attending marine inspector within 14 days.

The #1 main engine has a fuel oil leak and is to be secured until repair. Vessel is to submit root cause analysis, repair, and conduct operational tests to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.
