02- CCSSC CH3 3.21.4 c Substances which are liable to spontaneous combustion should not be carried uinless precautions have been taken to prevent fire. Fuel filter connecting to fuel tank: mounting bracket is wasted and fuel filter and hose is held on by ratchet strap and shall not be used until appropriatly repaired on the container terminal truck.
