The six boxes on the upper deck and the two boxes on the bow that are used for passenger seating are not secured to the deck. No passengers shall be carried on the upper deck or on the bow while propulsion is engaged until a repair proposal is submitted for review and approval by the attending USCG Marine Inspector, and those approved repairs are completed to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector. Total passenger count is reduced by 32 passengers, to a total of 42 passengers allowed on board, due to the prohibited use of these seats.
