There must be enough approved life jackets for full passenger count and crew IAW the Certificate of Inspection. Vessel crew required to remove one (01) non approved life jacket by US regulations and one (01) life jacket that was in poor condition. Passenger count is reduced to fourteen (14) until rectified to the satisfaction of USCG OCMI.
