An existing vessel may be deemed by the OCMI to be in compliance with structural standards provided that The vessel has been both in satisfactory service insofar as structural adequacy is concerned and does not cause the structure of the vessel to be questioned by the OCMI. Received notification from TPO of leaking seam and rivets. Submit repair plan to USCG and TPO for acceptance. All repairs are to be made and accepted prior to vessel movement. 46 CFR 144.300 Vessel has been issued a permit to proceed. Permanent repairs to take place in Cleveland.
