Following a gasket failure in the on deck cargo piping on 29 APR 2012, cargo piping system was pressure tested to 120 psi using the cargo pump and current cargo (6 oil). Operating pressure of the cargo system is limited to 120 psi until a satisfactory pressure test is performed to 1.5 MAWP per 33 CFR 156.170(c)(4).
