PSCO conducted damage survey following propulsion irregularity and isse of COTP 0350-20 dated 09AUG2020. Class society shall determine root cause of propulsion irregularity and conduct satisfactory operational test of engine and propulsion equipment. 74SOLAS(2004) II-I/26.1, action 60ac.
