Issued 11 August 2016 Resolved
The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship of persons on board. Port side lifeboat has an indent on the forward starboard side of the hull where it contacts the block. To the satisfaction of attending class surveyor.
Condition: Damaged By Earlier Event
Action required: 15 - Rectify deficiencies by next port
Resolved 23 August 2016
Resolution: The port lifeboat was examined externally in way of the block and it was found that hull of the lifeboat had an indentation 14" X 14" with maximum depth of indentation 1/4". No cracks in way of said block were observed on the hull/gel coat. Examination
