Vessel's bilge high water level alarm is wired on the same circuit as the bilge pump auto switch. If this switch were secured then the alarms would not sound. Vessel is required to conduct inspection of bilges every 15 minutes while passengers are on board. Vessel is also required to carry one additional deckhand until bilge alarm is wired on a dedicated circuit.

The port and stbd padeyes for the forward bridle are severely corroded and elongated. They hold ¾” pins and in the direction of the load path have been elongated to over 1” on the STBD side and about 15/16” on port side.

Stbd hull berth area – identified a previous FRP and resin repair that is failing to bond to vessel structure. Old repair is to be removed and a new repair is to be made.
Removal of old repair revealled a 4" x 4" section of rotten wood core. The wasted core is to be cropped and renewed.
