During vessels transit to Crown Bay, vessel expierenced a loss of main power. After two minutes, power had been completely restored, allowing vessel to utilize all pods and thrusters and continue to berth and safely moor. A corrective action plan must be submitted addressing the issue that caused the vessel to lose power and a risk analysis with mitigating factors for departure of port if the issue cannot be identified and corrected. 33 CFR 160.111 (c)

PSCO observed the following hinged fire doors entering the machinery space to close quicker than 10s from the beginning of movement: FSD-01-6-020 and FSD-01-6-008.

The bulkhead deck or a deck above it shall be weather tight. All openings in the exposed weather deck shall have coamings of ample height and strength and shall be provided with efficient means for expeditiously closing them weather tight.
