A pre-engineered fixed gas fire extinguishing system must automatically shut down all power ventilation systems and all engines that draw intake air from within the protected space. Rather than shut down the engines in the space, both engines are approved draw intake air from outside the space protected through non-combustible hoses. The starboard engine intake hose has been replaced with combustible ducting which would melt in the event of a fire. Rectify deficiencies within 05 days.

VHF radio has the incorrect MMSI. Correct prior to sailing greater than 1000 feet from shore.

If posting is impracticable, the stability letter must be kept on board in a weathertight container readily available for use by the crew and display to passengers and others on request. Vessel did not have the signed stability letter posted or stored on the vessel at the time of the inspection. MI's printed off a new stability letter and provided it to the vessel.
