While transiting outbound on MGO, the fuel oil pumps on cylinders 1, 2, 4, 7, & 12 failed when the delivery valve spindle fractured and fell into the pump, damaging the plunger and disabling the affected cylinders. 74 SOLAS (2009 cons) I Reg 11 (c) 17a/c

Resolution: Recieved Tech report attestting to the repairs of the forementioned cylinders and are found to be operable. Also recieved class report attesting to thier aprrval of the work and the status of all cylinders to be fully operable.
