Means shall be provided to control leaks of flammable liquids. PSCO observed pooling of fuel oil under fuel pumps on the main engine, excessive leaking of jacket water on all cylinders of the main engine, and excessive fuel oil soaked lagging in the purifier room as well as throughout the engine room.

Resolution: Received DNV-GL Class Report attesting to overhaul of the Blower #1 solenoid Valve. The valve was successfully opened/closed and remotely from the CCR.
