Vessel shall make repairs and ensure proper repairs and operation of equipment to the satisfaction of the TPO. TPO shall provide sufficient report of repair to the USCG. 46 CFR 143.205(a)

Vessel experienced an electrical surge, crew investigated found a small fire coming from the port generators electrical end. Vessel shall notify TPO and effect repairs to the satisfaction of the RO. Vessel is authorized a one time transit to [name withheld] to effect repairs. 46 CFR 143.205(a)
