Scantlings, material, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized classification society. Barge incurred severe sideshell and internal structure damage to #3, #4, and #5 starboard wing voids after an allision, consisting of a hole 7' wide by 92' long in the sideshell. Make permanent repairs to vessel sideshell and internal structures in way of damage. Repairs must be completed at the nearest repair facility, VLS Plaquemine Point Shipyard. Vessel may not transit anywhere further than VLS Plaquemine Point Shipyard without concurrence of USCG MSU Baton Rouge. Repairs are to be to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector.
