Escape doors from public spaces that are normally latched shall be fitted with a means of quick release and shall not be equipped with any locking device that prevents release of the latch when pressure is applied to the device. Decorative door in Cagny Dining Room, Modeno Dining Room, and sauna are fit with locks. 74 SOLAS (04) II-2/13.3.2.6.2. 16(a)(c).
