Citing overdue findings and condition of class reports from the vessel and the RO, there is objective evidence that the vessel is not in compliance with all statutory certificates. The owner/operator shall rectify outstanding items affecting the certificates to the Coast Guard, through the RO, to regain compliance with the vessel's current certificate of inspection.

In accordance with guidance from NCIV 2-95(CH-3), the company is responsible for rectifying RO findings and deficiencies identified by the Coast Guard within the time frame specified on the RO's report and/or CG-835.
The vessel has multiple outstanding conditions originating from the ACP Handover Survey CG-835, dated 09SEP2023, that do not meet class rules and affect the vessel's statutory certificates along with multiple outstanding finds from the vessel's annual class survey.
The owner/operator shall rectify outstanding items and/or request extensions or equivalencies, as applicable, to the Coast Guard through the RO.

embarkation area. This practice presents a safety hazard
for boarding the lifeboat because the lifeboat would
strike the platform/hull freely swinging in rough
weather and hang away from the platform/hull during
