Pre-engineered fire system is not operating correctly. Repair and prove proper operation. Vessel had a Fireboy system installed in the engine room, and a Seafire system and relay panel on the bridge. The Seafire system on the bridge continued to give the discharge alarm even after the override was depressed, engines were reset, and power was reenergized to the vessel.
