Vessel is not permitted to carry any cargo that requires closed gauging in cargo tank 12P as required by column j of chapter 17 of IBC Code. 74 SOLAS (14) VII/10.01 ref IBC Code 13.1

On July 30, 2017 the STOLT VISION provided the US Coast Guard with a cargo waiver form with an attestation that all cargo systems were working properly. On August 02, 2017, the STOLT VISION attested on their Declaration of Inspection for cargo operations with the Intercontinental Terminal that all cargo systems were working properly. This information was deemed to be false/fraudulent.
