Resolution: Damage survey conducted by MSU Morgan City and no damage was not. Barge is fit for its intended service and route.
Wiring Harness on Prime Mover is not intrinsically safe, explosion proof, or purged and pressurized for a Class I Div I area. Ref D8(dp) Policy Letter 02-2007 CH1. Barge is allowed to operate until Aug 08 per policy ltr.
