Scantlings, material, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized classification society. Port Bow has damage from Allision. Vessel is authorized transit from mile marker 43.5 on the MCPA to Lebeouf shipyard in Houma to make repairs. Prior to carrying cargo repairs must be made to satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector.
