Electrical systems must be designed and maintained to provide for safe operation of the vessel and safety of persons onboard. The following electrical hazards were noted onboard:
1. There is an electrical extension cord running from the port side fidley thru the fwd engine room bulkhead and into the passage way. Remove the same.
2. The 120V outlet in the steering space has the hot and neutral reversed. Repair the same.
3. The six gang outlet extnsion used to charge the radio batteries is improper and has a metal screw driven through it. Remove the same and provide a proper outlet.
