The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. A recreational or
unclassed hull in the same activity is held and not published, so it does not appear
here: these lists are a floor, not a complete manifest.
Each vessel vapor connection flange must have a permanently attached 0.5inch diameter stud at least 1.0 inch long projecting outward from the flange face/ The stud must be located at the top of the flange, midway between bolt holes, an din line with the bolt hold position. Discovered stud fractured on forward port vapor connection flange, IAW 46CFR39.20-1(e).

Resolution: Vessel provided documentation from class DNV GL approving of repairs made to the fractured stud on the port vapor connection. Deficiency cleared.
