FSS(2015)15/15.2.3.1.6.1 :10c Speical consideration shall be given to the design and location of scrubber and blowers w/ relevant piping and fittings in order to prevent flue gas leakages. PSCO observedc #2 blower was leaking flue gas between the casing flanges in to the engine room space.

Prior to movement and/or cargo opeations, provide lightering plan and transit plan for repairs to the USCG.

Resolution: Received class survey report from DNV attesting to the repairs completed for the hull shell platings of Ballast DB/ST - 1p, 2p, & 3p. Repair sketches attached to the scanned class report associated to this deficiency check activity.
