PSCOs asked several galley crews in the following locations including the Asian Galley Deck on deck 11, the Lido deck Italian deck galley on deck 09, and the lido deck sweet spot galley space on deck 09, were unable to demonstrate how to shut off galley ventilation. 74 SOLAS 20 II-2/15.2.2.1
