Cargo discharge piping shall be tested for tightness and maximum working pressure and the cargo pump relief valve and cargo pump pressure gauge shall be tested at least once a year to determine that they function satisfactory. During annual inspection the marine inspector noted that the cargo pipe, relief valve and pressure gauge annual servicing had expired. Prior to conducting bunking operations conduct test as prescribed above to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.
