Vessel has required EIAPP certificates for all engines on board, except the STBD Main Engine - serial number: S2J00634 Administrative Inspection revealed that the STBD Main Engine NOx technical file contained only an EPA issued Statement of Compliance, an accepted interim method of compliance which expired 08 JAN 2012.
