While in transit the vessel experienced a loss of port main propulsion. A fuel booster pump issue was identified and corrected by the crew. Prior to departing the vessels next port, the port main engine repair must be evaluated and tested to the satisfaction of the RO. 74 SOLAS(14) 11-1/31.1

The MI observed that the installed navigation lights did not have a UL 1104 approval. Vessel conducted untreated empty refill exchange after compliance date listed in 33CFR151.2035(b). Vessel must conduct a treated ballast exchange outside of 12nm utilizing their AMS prior to discharging ballast in US waters.
