Vessel shall proceed to C&B Hebron KY facility under tow by the ITV Atlantis to make repairs to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard marine inspector prior to departure.

Starboard engine room door would not close all of the way and stuck when opened. One door on the port deckhouse on main deck would not stay shut due to handle was not working. Closure devices must be provided for deckhouse or hull penetrations, which open to the exterior of the vessel and which may allow water to enter the vessel. These devices must be suitable for the expected route. Make repairs to doors so doors open and shut properly, to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine inspector.
